Summary:

Welcome to Alcazaba Lagoon, a unique residential resort built around a stunning 1.4-hectare crystal-clear lagoon. This private oasis allows you to paddleboard, kayak, use a pedal boat, or simply drift in turquoise waters.



The Space:

The lagoon is surrounded by white sandy beaches, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and sun terraces, perfect for relaxing or socializing with friends and family. Alcazaba Lagoon also features a beach bar and restaurant, a fully equipped gym, and scenic walking paths through lush tropical gardens.

Sustainability is at the heart of the resort: the lagoon’s water is treated with ultrasonic technology, minimizing chemical use and energy consumption.



The apartment itself is a bright and modern two-bedroom home. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is served by a separate bathroom. The kitchen is separate from the living area, connected through a pass-through window for light and easy serving. The living room opens onto a first-floor balcony with tropical garden views, furnished with a table and a chill-out area, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Reversible air conditioning ensures comfort year-round, and the apartment includes a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Guests also receive wristbands to access the lagoon and all resort facilities.



The resort is part of Alcazaba Hills, which also offers regular outdoor pools, lush gardens, and playground for children.



Getting Around:

Alcazaba Lagoon is located on the outskirts of Estepona in the charming town of Casares. Nearby is Estepona Golf, an 18-hole course with mountain and sea views, a bar and restaurant with a terrace, and a golf shop. The center of Estepona and the marina are just a 10–15 minute drive away, and the nearest supermarket, Mercadona, is only about 7 minutes by car, surrounded by great restaurants and the beautiful Playa Arroyo Vaquero.
