“For a motel this is surprisingly good! New and super clean, good sound isolation. Non-smoking. Enough parking space. Not so much of a view as balcony is shared and you have people outside your window, but with curtains closed and AC on it is OK. A bit shady neighbourhood, cannabis shops and closed-down shops as well as semi-abandoned houses along the Nicole street towards the city. “The attendant in the breakfast room is helpful and friendly. Room was tidy neat and clean. However the front desk agent was knocking at our door so hard it frightened me. The front desk knew we asked for a later check out. The front desk agent has given us a hard time last time we stayed at this location. ”
