“Our group loved our stay at the Monticelli Mansion! We had 9 adults and the space was perfectly sized to accommodate us all. It is a gorgeous house and all of the rooms are lovely. The house was a little difficult to locate but the host provided helpful directions that made it easier. “We have been very welcomed by Cristina and her husband in a beautifull environment. She was very helpfull with giving the info needed to get arround. "The staff at this hotel is amazing! Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter. Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that. Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
