“Alldeles nytt hotell med bra service! ”

“Jättetrevligt team, mycket hjälpsamma och service minded. Tyvärr är det inte tydligt i appen att toalett delas på varje etage... En mindre kul överraskning. Det är även väldigt tunna väggar och enormt lyhört. Läget är perfekt i Lugano, men saknaden av egen toaletten drar ned kvaliteten på övernattningen.”

“Vi hade inte en så positiv upplevelse av Hotel Firenze. Vi fick tillgång till rummet 1,5 timme senare än vad vi hade kommit överens om. Det fanns ingen AC så rummet var alldeles för varmt samt att kuddarna var väldigt obekväma.”

“Lägenheten är i dåligt skick, fläckar på väggarna, hårda sängar och låg standard i badrum (tex mögel i duschen). Det luktar rök i lägenheten fast den ska vara rökfri. Men det som gjorde oss besvikna var att gardinstången hade gått sönder och hängde för hela fönstret och köksbordet hade lossnat när vi öppnade lägenheten, och det fanns även smutstvätt (lakan och handdukar) kvar i lägenheten, se bilder. Vi hörde genast av oss till det lokala Happy Rentals teamet och ville ha hjälp med att laga och...

“This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. Also, the owner is so nice and the communication was easy and quick,...

“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”
