In a quiet setting, just steps away from the shops in the center of Cassina, the apartment is an exceptional base for those who want a convenient spot to reach the surrounding mountains in just two minutes, and why not treat yourself to a cool location to leisurely visit Lake Como, which can be easily reached through Valsassina towards Lecco or towards Varenna-Bellano.
The apartment has very well-distributed spaces: a well-furnished entrance leads to the living area, with a kitchenette and a living room that includes a large dining table, a sofa right in front of the (working) fireplace, and access to the terrace that offers generous views of the surrounding mountains, particularly the Grigne group. From the hallway, you can access the bedroom, consisting of a French double bed and a bunk bed, and the bathroom with a tub and shower. The apartment is well-furnished and particularly cozy. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, a convenient electric toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home. The heating is central, and hot water is produced by an electric boiler; during the mid-season days, you can also use the fireplace, which will warm both the room and your soul :)
The main highlight is definitely the large terrace, which significantly extends the livability of the apartment.
For those who wish, we have another apartment right next door under management, and the total number of people accommodated in the two apartments is 9 people, divided into 3 separate bedrooms.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
