Nice two-room apartment, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast of Tuscany, just 5 minutes from the sea. The apartment is located in the center of Donoratico, in front of the train station, on the first floor of a historic building, which in the past housed a hotel. Its position is strategic due to its proximity to both the train station and the cycle path, which will lead you directly to the sea of Marina di Castagneto Carducci with its wide sandy beaches.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient building overlooking the internal courtyard and therefore quiet. The unit consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom, for a maximum of 4 guests.
Equipped with wi-fi, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking, crockery, oven and microwave. In the bathroom you will find dispensers with shower gel and shampoo.
There is also a small outdoor area reserved for you and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Parking is nearby, along the street or you can park in the free station parking.

The apartment "La Stazione," is located in front of the Donoratico train station, so the accommodation is ideal for those traveling by train, with family or friends. Being in the center of the town, the apartment is in close proximity to all the main services, within walking distance, such as supermarket, laundromat, pharmacy, bike rental, tobacco shop, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlor.

Moreover, the bicycle path starts from the Donoratico station with its 3 km flat, that will take you directly to the sea and the center of Marina di Donoratico. It’s an easy and safe route even for children.

During the summer, there is a small train service that takes you directly to the sea in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, ideal for those who do not want to take the car on vacation.
