Beautiful loft by the sea, with capacity for 3 people, right on the beach! It is a fully equipped open space, with a double bed and a large sofa bed with all amenities, and a complete bathroom with a shower. It has a large silent ceiling fan, with which to combat both heat and cold. The apartment is on the beach, with magnificent sea views from anywhere in the loft.

This charming loft is located in Platja d'Aro, a coastal town situated in the heart of the Costa Brava. It has more than two kilometers of beach and a set of small coves that complement its landscape.

The apartment is located on the town's main beach, Platja Gran de Platja d'Aro, an extensive sandy area 2.5 km long. Parallel to the promenade is Avinguda S'Agaró, a 5-minute walk from the loft, where the vast majority of shops, bars, restaurants, and several of its entertainment venues are concentrated.

There are supermarkets and pharmacies, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It is a very comfortable and pleasant apartment.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- No parties or loud events are allowed; respect the neighbors' rest (quiet hours, after 11:00 PM).
- Pets: not allowed.
- Safety and care: Do not modify installations, keep keys, close doors when leaving.
- Do not disconnect the Wi-fi (the electronic lock works with Wi-fi)
- Arrive and leave the property in good condition: report damages and contact the host with any problems.
