The apartment in Empuriabrava has 2 bedrooms (one of them is a cabin-style bedroom) and capacity for 5 people. It offers a comfortable and exterior 50 m² accommodation, located on the beachfront, ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava.



The complex has four swimming pools, NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE. All of them are subject to an additional fee, and prices must be checked directly at the building’s concierge.

Communal swimming pool (opening date: 15/06, closing date: 15/09).



It is located 50 m from the sandy beach, 150 m from the supermarket, 16 km from the Peralada golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. The apartment is located by the sea, in an area suitable for family stays.



The accommodation features a lift, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, communal swimming pool and satellite television.



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
