Home Select International presents this beautiful villa for rent, located on the quiet Freser Street in Empuriabrava. It is a traditional Mediterranean house, very bright and surrounded by spacious outdoor areas, a swimming pool and a mooring, inviting you to relax and enjoy the pleasant Costa Brava climate.
Upon arrival, you will find a large plot with a convenient entrance where you can park your vehicle. The garage is equipped with a washing machine and an extra refrigerator, providing additional comfort during your stay. The front area is spacious and welcoming, with easy access to the interior of the house.
Inside, the villa offers a bright and comfortable living room, furnished with two cosy sofas, a coffee table, and a TV with German and Dutch channels. A fireplace adds a warm and homely touch. To the right of the living room is the open kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and fruit juicer, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. The dining area, with a round table and six chairs, is ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends.
The sleeping area includes three comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet; one has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and the other a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
At the back of the house lies a wonderful private garden, combining paved areas and green lawn. Here you can relax by the 5 x 8.5-metre pool, use the outdoor shower, or unwind on the terrace by the water, which includes a mooring up to 17 metres. The covered terrace, with comfortable garden furniture, features a dining table, four sun loungers and a sofa set, perfect for enjoying the canal views and the good weather.
Among the additional amenities, the house offers free Wi-Fi and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but can be rented for €15 per person (bed linen) or €25 per person (bed linen + towels). Youth groups are not accepted. Small dogs are welcome (with a €50 supplement).
