The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the same level and is designed for convenience and practicality. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and features a private shower and WC as well as access to a balcony.
