Nothing was too much and Stefania was in contact prior to our stay to make restaurant bookings in the local area as it was my wife and I 20th wedding anniversary. âGreat place to stay, not much for dining on a Monday - but their recomeneded Restarant was fantastic and walking distance of 10 minutes or so.
No breakfast booked but the team there we very helpful indeed. Clean rooms with all the facilities you would need.â

"VÀldigt fint hotell! För oss var parkering a och o, och det var vÀldigt smidigt hÀr. Taxi in till centrala Venedig kostade 35-40 eur och var vÀldigt smidigt. VÀl i Venedig rekommenderar vi att ta en taxibÄt istÀllet för gondol, mycket billigare. God middag Ät vi pÄ hotellet. "
"I was arriving very late, and leaving for a flight very early. I tried booking a shuttle to the airport in advance, but they didn't do that, should be booked when checking in.
When I arrived and tried to book the shuttle, but it was fully booked for an hour right when I wanted. So I either had to leave an hour early, or risk missing the flight. I decided to chance that there would be no queues to the check in, so I could get some extra sleep.
In the morning there was no queue for the shuttle, the driver didn't understand why it wasn't possible to book it when I wanted, and rushed me to be on time a bit earlier than I booked, so I made with 10 minutes to spare. A big thank you to him!
But really unacceptable to not being able to book the shuttle when needed, when the big reason for selecting this hotel was the shuttle service that should be available 24 hours a day. If it can be fully booked it should be possible to book it before checking in."
