From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel right at home. On the ground floor, there's a welcoming bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The ensuite bathroom is modern, spacious, and fully wheelchair accessible, so guests with reduced mobility can enjoy their stay without worry.



The bright living room is the heart of the home – the perfect gathering place, whether you're sharing a meal, lounging on the sofa, or preparing something delicious in the well-equipped open kitchen. A large sliding door leads directly to the garden: a green oasis enclosed by tall hedges. Under the shaded pergola, you can relax with a book, a glass of wine, or enjoy a cozy evening around the stone barbecue.



The downstairs bedroom also opens onto the terrace through sliding doors, allowing you to wake up with fresh air and birdsong. Upstairs, you’ll find two more comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The large landing offers additional sleeping space with a comfortable sofa bed. There’s plenty of storage for everyone, plus a second bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink for added comfort. For families with young children, a safety gate is available on request.



Practicality is also key: next to the pergola, there’s a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays. The large front garden includes private parking for two cars, so there’s no need to worry about space.
