In the Experia district of the resort, right on the highest hill you will find the residence with swimming pool. The apartment, located on the first floor, has a view of the swimming pool from the private, furnished terrace. It is a two-storey attic apartment with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Equipped kitchen and everything you need for your stay. Free and free parking, plus covered garage. The location of the resort is perfect for visiting the most famous places on Lake Garda, the most important theme parks which are located a few kilometers away, the Mantovana cycle path which leads to Borghetto sul Mincio.

Animals will be accepted only upon request to the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
