“Hotel outside of Covilhã, half way up the mountain. Idyllic location and great view. Our room was not well cleaned, especially the bath room was not. Neither was the cutlery and porcelain at the breakfast clean. Staff at reception could not answer our questions about mountain trails. In general, the staff at the reception could be more service-minded. The employees at the bar were the best part of this hotel experience, very sympathic.”

Först efter flera timmars jobb o ett hotfullt sakligt mail lyckades Lena få tillbaka pengarna. Chefen förhindrar personalen att göra ett fullgott jobb! Är endast intresserad a pengar..! Aldrig upplevt något liknande på ett 4 star hotel.Hotellet har potential men inte med nuvarande chef! LenArt”
