It features a large garden with a pool, free parking, 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own adjacent bathroom, a large living room with a 55-inch Smart TV, 2 outdoor tables, a beautiful patio, a barbecue area, and outdoor lighting for the garden and pool so you can enjoy the outdoor spaces even in the evening.


The Bedrooms

•The 3 bedrooms are spacious, well-lit, and all feature air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own adjacent bathroom.

•The master bedroom features a maxi king-size bed for maximum comfort; the second bedroom has a king-size bed; and the third bedroom has two large single beds that can be joined together if needed.


The Pool

•The pool is filled with saltwater to reduce the risk of skin and eye irritation and to ensure more eco-friendly and natural maintenance.

•There are always 6 lounge chairs available so that all guests can relax by the pool.

•The pool, as well as every other area of the villa—both indoor and outdoor—is for private use only.


The Garden and Outdoor Areas

•The garden and the expansive outdoor areas are ideal for games and sports for both adults and children.

•The property is enclosed, and children can be left to play freely without any danger.

•The outdoor table is perfect for hosting dinners and lunches, even with additional guests.

•The garden and the large area surrounding the house are lush with vegetation and maintained year-round by our staff.

•Outside the property, there are numerous areas where you can go jogging or take walks surrounded by countryside and nature.


Additional Information

•If needed, we provide cribs and high chairs for our youngest guests, included in the price.

•We have a Lavazza pod coffee machine and a moka pot to suit everyone’s tastes. We also provide an electric kettle, two types of automatic blenders for juices and recipes, and a microwave.

•Hand towels and beach towels are provided to all guests by the property.

•For stays of at least 6 days, we welcome guests with a small complimentary basket of top-quality local products.

•If needed, our staff will be happy to recommend the best restaurants, beaches, and places to visit in the Castelvetrano area.

•The center of Castelvetrano is just a 5-minute drive away and offers all kinds of services and shops.

•Castelvetrano is also close to two major Sicilian cities rich in historical, artistic, and cultural heritage: Palermo, about an hour’s drive away, and Trapani, 30 minutes away.
