This 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (room with double bed and 1 room with a double bed and two single beds) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as satellite TV.

The villa is located 100 m to the beach (part of which is free and part of which features lidos), 10 minutes by car to Selinunte Temple, 30 minutes by car to Sciacca, 40 minutes by car to Agrigento and 1 hour by car to Palermo. Aloha Beach is located 50 meters from the property, where you can eat, drink and rent a beach spot. It is also possible to rent sports equipment on the beach. From Marsala, you can easily reach the Egadi Islands.
