“Fantastisk service av all personal. ”

“Unfortunately, the room did not appear to be properly maintained or thoroughly cleaned. There were numerous stains and marks on both the floors and walls, which negatively affected the overall impression of cleanliness. While the bed linens and towels were clean and fresh, the condition of the room itself did not meet the standard I expected. I hope greater attention will be given to housekeeping and maintenance in the future.”

“We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay”

“Personalen var mycket trevliga och tog emot oss väldigt fort. Maten var bra och puben kändes trevlig. Ingen parkering vid hotellet men gratis och säker parkering på bara 2-.3 minuters gångavstånd.”

“Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)”

“Everything was fin except missing of toilet brush. Asked the reception, but they have chosen to skip toilet brush. I'm not willing to "present my result" for my roommate or the cleaning staff. Had to flush the toilet several times to get rid of faeces. It doesn't quite add up to the environmental work as the hotel stand for. Saving water seems uninteresting .”

“Good breakfast and AC”

“The annex was an excellent size for us and had everything we needed. Breakfast delivered to the room is a great idea. In walking distance of Warwick Uni.”

“Very cozy place! Excellent restaurant and very helpful staff. Can highly recommend!”
