“Didn’t realize breakfast was not included. Toilet broke. Handy man came and fixed it. Good pillows. Great location. Needs updated. All in all not bad. Depending on where I am going in the Pittsburgh area I may or may not stay at that hotel again.”

“The pool is either very dirty or stained black. Housekeeping took dropping off towels one morning as an excuse to not clean the room at all that day. Room service takes the phone off the hook and doesn't answer. Go downstairs and order the food yourself, they tell you to come back downstairs 9 floors and fetch it yourself or wait. “Good hotel centrally located but still a little by the side in a calm area. The hotel is not new. But the room was very good, modern, clean and big. Comfortable beds. Tv was new and modern. Minifridge and some of the furnitures had signs of wearness. Parking was free which was very good. The first parking lot near the hotel felt more safe than the second parking lot further away which felt more unsafe. Breakfast area had many people. The options was ok. “The room was very modern, clean, and quiet. Free hot breakfast in the morning was great - nice selection and plenty of seating for groups and solo travelers. The evening food was a very nice surprise! I was expecting snack food, not a full meal!! Such a great gesture. Staff was always mingling with guests during meal times, checking in on everyone and making sure they had everything they needed. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition as well.”

“I hate that the yo ya i have to be critical of the property because the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. Rooms were not up to the expectations we had for the branding. Our group booked 5 rooms and none were exempt from outside noise from halls or rooms with common walls. Housekeeping was not done for 72 hrs including towels and garbage cans.
