Casa Anja is a simple and cozy vacation home, perfect for vacations in Santa Maria di Leuca, extreme tip of the Heel of Italy, in Lower Salento.
The house is located in a residential, quiet area, just 600 meters from the sea.
There are air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, TV, outdoor shower, hair dryer, electric oven, toaster. Casa Anja accommodates up to 5 people.

Casa Anja is a vacation home with simple and essential furnishings, equipped with everything you need to spend relaxing vacations in one of the most famous and refined locations of Salento: Santa Maria di Leuca.
The house is introduced by a spacious front courtyard, with the possibility of parking a small car inside. A shaded veranda is furnished with an umbrella, table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The interior of Casa Anja is developed on the ground floor. The entrance is into a large living room with dining room and open kitchen. Here there is air conditioning, directed to the sleeping area.
There are 1 triple room with double bed + single bed, 1 twin room with single beds and TV, a relaxation room with sofa bed and TV, from which you exit to the backyard where there are outdoor shower and sink.

Casa Anja is located in the northern area of Santa Maria di Leuca, quiet and residential: a perfect location because in just 600 meters of walk you reach the seafront.
Santa Maria di Leuca is one of the most renowned and refined destinations for vacations in Salento and in summer it offers all the main services, countless amusements, clubs, bars, restaurants, equipped lidos and boat excursions to discover the many sea caves.
In Santa Maria di Leuca stands the shrine of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, atop the monumental waterfall of the Apulian Aqueduct. The waterfront is dotted with eclectic villas that make Leuca`s marina unique in its original elegance.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the dining room.
