The Price includes:

The Price does not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal)
- Tourism tax (from 01/05 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 30/09 €1,00; from 01/07 to 31/08 € 2,00 per person for the first 10 days. Please note that children under 18 years old will not pay)

Villa La Pupazza stands on a hill in Santa Maria di Leuca, in a strategic point from where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun on the sea at sunset. Its large outdoor spaces, beautifully furnished for outdoor living, make this villa even more elegant and seductive. Recently renovated with a contemporary-inspired local design, the stone house with its vaulted ceilings blends traditional materials with tasteful modern furniture. The comfortable and functional furnishings are characterized by an elegant style in white and soft colours, in perfect harmony with the breathtaking view offered by the infinity pool that stretches out towards the blue of the sea.
Interior:
The villa has one floor. The entrance door leads to an open-plan area with sitting room, dining room and kitchen with two large French windows from which you can enjoy the view of the sea and the greenery. On the right you accede to two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower; one of the bedrooms has direct access to the portico from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. On the opposite side, set symmetrically, are the other two bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower and one twin (with joinable beds) adjacent to the guest bathroom. The sober and elegant style and soft colours give the rooms a welcoming and relaxing look. The villa is completed by a convenient laundry room with access from the outside, equipped with sink and accessories. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in main living room.
Park:
The approximately 8,000 sq m green area surrounding the house is in Mediterranean style with olives and ornamental trees, succulent and aromatic plants and rocky terraces. A well-kept lawn in front of the villa extends to the infinity pool which stretches out towards the sea. In this fragrant context are various finely-furnished and fully-equipped areas for guests to enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors. Great enjoyment is provided by the patio facing the pool, furnished with a wonderful wooden lounge area. A precious Indonesian-style day bed with awnings reigns on the lawn. Not far away, a relaxation area with stone sofas has been created next to a splendid original Pajara that frames it. The cosy dining area close to the swimming pool, characterized by a large stone table and embellished by a large canopy and a brickwork corner bar, is ideal for dinners and evenings in authentic Mediterranean style. The outdoor spaces are completed by a functional and characteristic external bathroom complete with shower, decorated with coloured cement tiles in perfect Italian style.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The magnificent infinity pool in brick with steps to facilitate access to the water was built in front of the villa facing the sea so you can enjoy the view, with magnificent sunsets, even while swimming. With chlorine purification, the pool measures 10 x 4 m with a depth of 1,40 m. The area on one side has a drop of 1.5m and has been fitted with decorative metal guards The border of beautiful light-coloured bricks is equipped with 6 sunbeds and 2 deckchairs. Adjacent to the pool is a convenient external bathroom complete with shower. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Pets: Yes, small size. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
