Casa Pireddu is an elegant and spacious dwelling for rent in a panoramic location in Castro Marina, with balconies overlooking the sea and sleeps as many as 6.

Casa Pireddu is on two levels, and faces two streets.
The
interiors are embellished with stucco and elegant and refined
furniture. The entrance is into a living room with a sofa and bookcase,
from which, through an archway, one passes to the dining room with a
balcony overlooking the sea. Also on this floor are the kitchenette and
the bathroom with bathtub.
An internal staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is developed: there are 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, and 1 double bedroom. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower stall.

Pireddu stands in the center of Castro Marina, the lower part of the
historic town of Castro, famous for its castle and its beautiful
medieval village.
The house allows you to reach the sea with a walk, as well as all the most important services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 5 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
