“We had a fantastic time at Flamingo Cat Ba! Our concierge, Tran, was always super helpful and friendly coming with recommendations for what to do on the island and also sorting out bookings and scooter rentals for a good price. The views from this hotel are next to none, wake up to sunrise over Ha Long Bay, absolutely magical! And the breakfast and dinner buffet was very varied and tasty. 10/10 experience🙌”
“Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night.”

Frukosten var av enklare sort, väldig basic.
Extremt varmt i lobbyn, korridoren och hissen, med en inte så fräsch doft därefter (det är dock extremt varmt o fuktigt allmänt - okt). Varje gång vi åkte hiss till 9onde våning så hade jag lite panik om hissen skulle stanna - och så varmt därinne - hade inte överlevt värst länge!
Men i det stora hela var vi nöjda då rummet var fantastiskt och...
“Great and beautiful place, in a quait village outside catba town. Better to take the bungalows around the pool !!. They are perfect. The staff is nice and helpful with all you need. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Restaurant is good . highly reccomend this place.”
