"We had an amazing experience at Hotel Della Fortezza! The unique atmosphere and historic setting made our stay truly special. What really stood out to us was the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability — from eco-friendly practices to their focus on local, organic products. We especially loved the delicious locally produced food, which gave us a real taste of the region. It’s clear that the hotel values quality and the environment in everything they do. Highly recommended — definitely worth a visit!"

"A 10/10 experience throughout (and an amazing hot spring, with millennia worth of history). Not for anyone going for a budget experience, but worth every penny. Can recommend trying to stay for at least a couple of nights, as a single night might make you struggle to do everything you can and want to do. Only issues were a misunderstanding during check-out (so I had to pay twice for something, but I had thrown away the receipt so partially my fault), and that the valet parking guy had changed all settings on my car as it was returned."
