Fourth floor: (accessible internally via the wooden staircase) you will find the kitchen, one WC/laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board) and access to the terrace. The kitchen is furnished with modern commodities such as five gas burners, hood, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric oven, microwave, mixer, coffee machine, dishwasher, dining table and chairs.
