The Space:

Casa Tilia - Bellini combines the character of a traditional Catania building with fresh, expressive interiors. Decorative wallpapers, colourful fabrics and carefully chosen details give the apartment a welcoming personality, making it a lovely base for families, friends or two couples exploring the city.



The two separate bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed. One pairs turquoise and yellow accents with patterned walls, while the other offers a softer palette with a blue botanical feature wall. Both provide your own space to unwind at the end of the day.



The kitchen and dining area form the heart of the apartment. Light cabinetry, a decorative backsplash and a dining table create an inviting setting for breakfast or a relaxed meal together. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cookware and tableware.



A cosy seating nook with armchairs offers another spot to enjoy a coffee or plan your next outing. The bathroom features a shower, a countertop basin and warm wooden details.



Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine add everyday convenience, while bed linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.

Visit Castello Ursino and the surrounding streets, then make your way to the Pescheria, Catania’s traditional fish market. Continue towards Piazza del Duomo, home to the Cathedral of Sant’Agata and the Elephant Fountain, before strolling along Via Etnea.



Take a break for an espresso, try a freshly prepared arancino or enjoy pasta alla Norma in a local trattoria. Between famous landmarks and everyday neighbourhood life, there is plenty to discover at your own pace.



Getting Around:

Catania’s historic centre is best explored on foot, with opportunities to stop at markets, cafés and historic squares along the way.



From Catania Fontanarossa Airport, take a taxi to the property or use the Alibus service towards the city centre, completing the journey on foot or by taxi. Alibus also connects the airport with Catania Centrale railway station.



If arriving by train, a taxi from Catania Centrale is a convenient option, particularly when travelling with luggage.



For outings beyond Catania, a car or an organised excursion can help you explore Mount Etna and other destinations along Sicily’s eastern coast. Paid parking is available off premises; check local signs for parking conditions and charges.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic Florentine building without a lift and is reached by stairs.



Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area.

Recycling and waste disposal instructions will be provided upon arrival.
