It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen including 1 convertible 140x190 cm - 1 bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed - Shower room/WC View of the mountains Gîte located at the entrance to the property, along the path leading to the other gîtes and the swimming pool The cottage is located below the road which leads to the village - Private terrace of 43 m² with mountain view - Garden furniture - Inflatable spa 1.80 meters in diameter - 2 deckchairs - Charcoal barbecue - Private parking in front of the gîte Shared by the 7 gîtes and the owners: - 9 ha of land with fruit trees (seasonal fruit picking possible) - Swimming pool (11.5x5.5 meters), open from the beginning of May to the end of October, unheated and secured by a protective barrier. Accessible every day from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Access to the swimming pool is authorized only to the people specified in the rental contract.
