“It’s a very beautiful and historical hotel close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Our room was great with plenty of space and an extra sitting area. Kitchen and bar are open to midnight with great food. I highly recommend. ”

“We were in a two floor room and it was spacious but it was not well kept. The furniture had stains and the floor did as well. The pull out mattress was awfully dirty and I couldn’t let my children sleep on it. I asked for extra sheets and pillows and they just gave us sheets. The hallways were dirty and the lighting in the room had bugs in it. I would definitely not stay here again despite the very sweet staff and good location. ”

“I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland.”
