Room cleanliness could be improved (furnishings dusty).
Afternoon tea service was a bit rough around the corners: subpar customer interaction skills and knowledge of menu offerings.
The variety and quality of breakfast offerings at Café du Parc were more suited for a diner than a 5-star hotel.
This legendary facility seems to be struggling at living up to some aspects of its former grandeur. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant overall.”
