“I love this place. This was my first time there and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Very cool property. Secluded as well. The singing from the restaurant downstairs was a little annoying but they stopped right when they closed.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed.
It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated.
On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later.
The rooms are outdated...

“The young man at front desk was amazing. He knew my adult daughter and I were alone and when we went out to smoke he kept a close eye on us to make sure we were not bothered. He answered all questions with a smile. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The young woman at the desk the next morning was very friendly. I definitely will stay there again. I really liked the fact that you can't get to other floors in elevator without room key. And they lock the front door at...

“the room was beautiful, and I loved it had access from both the outside to unload the car and inside so you don't have to go outside! The only thing I found odd was they put in a big beautiful shower/tub combo but no plug to take a bath. That tub was screaming "take a bath in me!" but overall I was very happy with the room and the staff! I would definitely stay there again.”
