Hotell nära Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception

“Basic hotel.”

“We loved the rooftop bar. Great location!”

“Obviously new, the hotel was quite clean and the bed comfy. The bathroom was bright and roomy with a step in shower. Directly above the head of the beds is a row of 5 spotlights with no nightstand light - so lighting is ALL or NONE in the bed. There is no coffeemaker in the room (or microwave); there is a frig. The hotel is situated next to a major roadway and highway so lots of night noises.”

“The pool is the absolute BEST thing about staying here!! The rest of it was fine but the indoor/outdoor pool was the main reason we stayed at this hotel vs. others. They could have a handful more lounge chairs around the pool area but besides that it's pretty fantastic. About the rest of our stay: the toilet in our room would NOT stop running the entire time!! Super frustrating to listen to all the time. And I imagine that running water runs up the hotels water bill. Breakfast was written...

“The staff was very friendly, We were there 4 nights and trash was emptied once and towels were never changed. Otherwise everything else was great. Breakfast was good too.”

“The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn.”

“Hotellet var kanon och personalen fantastisk! Hotellet ligger perfekt beläget vid skolan om man är där för att träffa någon studerande! Den ända nackdelen var frukosten på hotellet, det var alltid mycket som var slut och det som fanns var inte jätte bra!”

“Because we used Expedia to book, the hotel said they couldn't notify us that the elevator was out of service. We found out about it after we checked in. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it is a big deal when you have a child in a wheelchair. She's 22 and my husband had to carry her to the 2nd floor bc first floor was all booked therefore we couldn't switch. Unbelievable.”
