We especially appreciated having a full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer, which made traveling with kids so much more convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Nice and cozy hotel, very close to town. Very nice room. Our bathroom had a jetted tub. Good breakfast. There is a large public parking nearby. You can get some discount if you tell the front desk before you pay the parking ticket,”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect since the hotel has such mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice, plenty of room, clean, free snacks and breakfast. I really liked the industrial look. Front desk people were very nice. Free shuttle to the casino. ”

“When we received our room there was no hot water. We informed staff and within 30 minutes told them the room was unacceptable. They were unable to correct the issue. We "checked out" and went to another hotel. Renaissance said they would tell Expdia to give us a full refund but refused to give us any written statement of the condition. They have apparently not answered inquiry calls from Expedia. Expedia has not provided our money back. The Renaissance pool has also been permanently closed which...

“The unit was clean, but could use a few more towels and toilet paper. The location is excellent with the exception of parking. There is no on-street parking at all and the nearest reasonably priced surface lot is a 15 minute walk away. However we expected that from previous reviews and luckily secured a spot in advance of arrival. The "damage deposit" was not revealed when I selected this property, and I probably would not have booked had I known about it. ”
