The room was only clean enough to not walk right back out after checking in. The knob on the bathroom sink came off in my hand if I wasn’t very careful setting the temperature.

Room six had a potent oder of apple cinnamon disinfectant and mold. It stung the nostrils. Just filthy with lots of creeps lurking around.

The sheets appeared clean, everything else about the room was pretty rundown, but also dirty (like plenty of loose dirt and dust in the corders of the bathroom). We left our socks on overnight, in the event we would need to go to the bathroom. Other rooms appear to be occupied by residents.

I realize the place is old, but improvements can definitely be made. There were cobwebs galore and the room looked like it hadn’t been painted in years. There was mold/mildew in the shower as well as on the walls and floor. The carpeting was badly stained and had frayed areas as well as what appeared to be cigarette burns. (It’s supposed to be a smoke free facility.)

I'm not sure if I can leave a fair review because my family and I did not stay there overnight. It was dirty and we felt unsafe. We checked in here as it was the only place in Catskill with availability. We placed our things in the room and left to meet up with friends in the area. Upon returning after 8 that night we felt very unsafe. We thought we could handle it but reversed on our decision to stay there. We packed up the car, dropped the key off in the box and left. I just ate the $107. No one was in the office for me to speak to and I just wanted to get the hell out of there.

Friendly easy checkin. Room clean and warm. It was 3 below so coming in to heat was a wonderful thing. Only downside- have to walk across parking lot to gas station for coffee. Wish it could be made in the room.

The hotel smelled so strongly of deodorizer it was sickening. Opening all windows was not help. The hardest bed I have ever encountered. Tiles were falling off the wall in the bathroom and stacked in a corner. DO NOT RECOMMEND. really bad

Not the newest or fanciest of hotels, but clean and neat. Check in was easy. It sits back from the road, so it was quiet. There is a gas station with a convenience store right next to the property, and a pizza shop across the street. We especially enjoyed being able to drive right up and park by the door!

This motel seems to be stuck in 1982. The wi-fi was down, parking lot full of potholes, and a very slow check-in process in a check in room that was poorly maintained and had a very strong odor of old food and air freshener. The room we stayed in had cobwebs with spiders living in it all across the door to the room. Two very strong air fresheners were in the room (we put them outside) and the heat was turned up past 75. We had to sleep with all the windows open due to the smell and the heat, and the temperature got down to 36 degrees the first night! We were still not cold. By the time we checked out after our 2 night stay, we could smell the mildew that the air fresheners were covering up. The bathroom was clean, but had some broken tile, and the main room had many stained ceiling tiles. The door was hard to close and make sure it was locked. I will not be staying at this site again.

Small, outdated motel but it fit our needs. Beds were clean. Room showed its age. Bathroom appeared to be renovated but not clean; there was a large urine stain at the base of the toilet.

I was very disappointed that the room I actually booked thru Expedia wasn’t here when we arrived. I showed the owner my reservation and he was basically saying if you dot like it leave. Will never book this hotel again and will use alternate websites for bookings. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Expedia but it most certain is the last.

Motel was clean but in desperate need of upgrades and a deep cleaning. It was quiet and easy to find, but the GPS turns you on street before hotel for some reason. It is dated, to say the least

My check in started with a full UNflushed toilet greeting me in the bathroom. The door had a fist sized hole in it. The curtains were damaged enough to be difficult to close fully. The price was advertised at $109 per night for a 2 night stay, but my bill totaled $351. Need I say more?

Checked out immediately after entering the filthy wet smelly room.Door to room would not even lock when tried to look it . Spoke to men at front desk about condition of room that I could it’s it stay with my daughters. . He began to yell something about being charged. Worst front desk men ever . This was after they made copies of both my License and credit card.

Don’t ever stay here. Owner makes you pay before seeing the room, knowing that the rooms have unwashed sheets, stains on the floors and walls, no WiFi, exposed wires. Was there for 10 minutes and went to get money back and owner shouted at us and wouldn’t give our money back. Huge scam artist and a terrible person. Surprised Expedia does business with this establishment. And of course Expedia couldn’t do anything for us in getting reimbursed for the $160 that we spent for 10 minutes…

The owner called us on the road to rush us to check-in so that he could leave and, "go to Home Depot." Our rooms had front doors that didnt seal at the bottom and allowed bugs inside. The rooms smelled of smoke/weed and needed a thorough cleaning. Mold and cockroaches in the bathroom(s).
