“The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! “OK för pengarna varken mer eller mindre, nära till ett par golfbanor. Helt och rent, enkel standad, ligger lite utanför city, nära massor med snabbmatställen, men lite off”

“This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

“Vi hade en härlig tid i Jamestown. Hotel Comfort In passade oss perfekt. Hotellet ligger i utkanten av staden men man tar sig lätt in till centrum. Missa inte fantastiska Chautauqua Institution och Niagara Falls. Hyr bil och ta er lätt dit.”

“Clean, quiet, good breakfast, easy check in and parking, good location”

“Parking can be a bit of a challenge because of city location, and if you drive to entrance to unload , you have to leave the lot and circle back around to get back to parking lot. It's not really a major issue, but it was a pain in rainy weather. We have stayed there before and were perfectly satisfied; it's much nicer than a couple other local Inns. However, this time around we had a bed that definitely needs replacing!”

“WONDERFUL STAY, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND CLEAN ROOMS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH OUR STAY, LOVED THE SPACIOUS LAYOUT OF THE ROOMS AND BATHROOM. ALL AMENITIES WERE INCLUDED WITH EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE TOILET, IT'S NOT FOR ADULTS, WAY TOO SMALL. WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.”
