âPerfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee.
Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome.
As far as location goes, it couldnât be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away.

"Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character.
Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges â such as for the garage and minibar â which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards.
Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."

NĂ€r vi checkade in fick vi info om att vi blivit uppgraderade till en âjunior suiteâ, men nĂ€r vi vĂ€l sĂ„g rummet sĂ„ kĂ€ndes det snarare som en nedgradering i jĂ€mförelse med det rum jag bokat. Ett mörkt, kallt och fuktigt rum med vĂ€ldigt gamla och slitna möbler, motsvarande överhuvudtaget inte bilderna dom sjĂ€lva har lagt upp.
Sen Àr hotellet vÀldigt lyhört och man hör alla ljud utanför rummet vÀldigt tydligt. Som sagt vÀldigt kallt pÄ rummet dÄ vi va dÀr i slutet pÄ februari men vÀrmen pÄ ACn funkade typ inte och rummet som redan var vÀldigt fuktigt (noll ventilation) blev Ànnu fuktigare nÀr man anvÀnde ACn. Alla mina klÀder luktade hemsk fukt efter att vi hade bott hÀr.
Man fÄr vÀldigt mycket frukost men frukosten Àr snarare i kvantitet Àn kvalitet.
Jag kan verkligen inte rekommendera det hÀr hotellet, jag trodde att det va prisvÀrt men det blev helt plötsligt för dyrt för vad vi möttes av nÀr vi vÀl kom dit."
