âLovely room with the most fantastic view from the little balcony. We hardly wanted to leave the room. The staff was just as personal an friendly as you want them to be. The breakfast was generous - better the usual in Italy. The hotel is located a little bit down from the city "centre" of the old Spoleto. It's worth every step if You have the opportunity to stay at this hotel. â
