Large house of 150 m² ideally configured for business trips (teams, managers and subcontractors of the Cattenom nuclear power plant) as well as for family or group holidays.
Ideally located in Cattenom (57), less than 5 minutes from the industrial site (CNPE) and in the immediate vicinity of the leisure and canoeing centre, our independent house offers optimal "turnkey" comfort for 4 to 8 people.
The layout of the house has been specifically designed to preserve the independence, privacy and rhythm of each person during long stays or periods of construction (phase stops, ten-year visits):
Accommodation:

* Sleeping area: 4 real independent and closed bedrooms, equipped with very comfortable double bedding (1 bed in 160 cm and 3 beds in 140 cm). Hotel-quality linens are fully provided and beds are made on arrival.
* Unique living spaces: For more fluidity on a daily basis, the house has 2 fully equipped kitchens (appliances, ovens, microwave, utensils), 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. A large, bright living and dining room and a welcoming entrance hall complete the space.
* Facilities included: High-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (ideal for teleworking or end-of-day reports), washing machine and dryer available to manage your laundry independently.
