Cattolica Sea Loft is an elegant and comfortable apartment located in a strategic position just a few meters from the sea within walking distance and at the same time in the heart of the town surrounded by services, bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurant. The structure of the house is designed precisely to enjoy a beach holiday in complete freedom and with the convenience of finding everything you need in just a few meters.
The house offers 3 bedrooms for 8 total beds and two bathrooms and is the ideal place for large families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together.The terraces are habitable and allow you to eat outside enjoying the evening sea breeze or to have breakfast while admiring the sea.

The kitchen is simple but functional, equipped with a dishwasher, utensils, hob and sink.

Sitting Room
the large living room consists of two sofas, a large dining table and a second table, television and air conditioning. The French window in the living room leads to the balcony that surrounds the whole side of the house overlooking the sea.

Cattolica is by definition the queen of the Romagna coast and represents the southernmost seaside resort on the Adriatic coast of Emilia Romagna, about twenty kilometers from Rimini and ten from Riccione, on the border with the Marche.
Behind Cattolica, still in the Marche region, rises Gradara at about 7 km, with the imposing and well-preserved fortress, indicated as the theater of the tragedy of Paolo and Francesca.
Marche is centrally located on the eastern Italian coast, nestling between the Apennine Mountains and the Adriatic Sea. The region is characterised by a rugged, mountainous inland and a beach-lined coast, dotted with quaint seaside towns. These variations in the region’s geography are also reflected in its food; seafood is popular, along with rural delicacies such as wild funghi, game, nuts and herbs and the region’s treasured truffles. Coniglio in porchetta, rabbit stuffed with wild fennel is a revered regional speciality, and traditional porchetta made with suckling pig and stuffed into rolls is a popular street food.
