“I wasn’t disappointed with my choice. I would always chooses here for my family whenever visiting Panamá. Room service is 5 star my kids loved the food and enjoyed using the pool. Keep up the great work. ”

“This hotel is just by the shopping mall, and very close to Panama City Airport. We stayed one night only, flying forward to Bocas. We were greeted and treated as we are old time regulars. Everyone was polite and helpful. Staying at 8th floor, we had close access to the roof top pool. Price/performace, excellent.”

Even the manager of the dining room was bussing tables. Very impressed. Staff was outstanding. David was awesome as along with the rest of the front desk, staff was great. “Beautiful pool area with great view of Panama. nice breakfast and comfortable bed. Major reconstruction work taking place with significant disturbances. Very crowded pool area. strange statue in the entrance that makes you want to leave the hotel before you even arrive!”

“Nice neighborhood and fresh rooms. The service could've been better. We had check in at 10 am but arrived at 7. They had a room ready but wanted us to pay for a whole night to get access... It also said that they had services that we couldn't use, like laundry and copier.”
