Great one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Cavalaire, a 4-minute walk to the beaches in the center

  • In the heart of the town of Cavalaire, 3 minutes walk from the port and 5 minutes from the beaches, this magnificent 2 1/2 room apartment (T2 of approx. 46m2) will seduce you.<br>Located in a new and secure residence, on the 4th and last floor with elevator it has a beautiful balcony of approx. 15 m2. It is facing South-West with views of the hills.<br><br>It consists of an entrance, a judiciously fitted open kitchen, a living room with dining area and lounge area (with television), a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a traditional oven and hot air, a refrigerator, a small dishwasher, a large number of small household appliances (blender, toaster, Nespresso machine, ...) and sufficient crockery. Kitchen towels are not provided.<br><br>The washing machine is located in a small closed room, accessible from the bathroom. <br><br>The bedroom is equipped with twin beds with top quality mattresses of 90x200 cm each, 2 pillows of 60x65 cm as well as 2 duvets of 150x200 cm and a large wardrobe, part of which is a wardrobe.<br><br>2 folding and bunk beds of 70x90 cm are in the living room. For safety reasons they can only be used for children between 6 and 12 years old.<br><br>Bed linen (incl. duvet covers and pillowcases), bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels are not provided.<br>It is possible to get them for 20€/person.<br><br>- The apartment has wifi and it is air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning) with 1 device in the bedroom and one in the living room.<br>- Final cleaning is included.<br>- Pets are not allowed.<br>- The apartment is non-smoking.<br>- The garage available free of charge (closed box (Length: 4.85m x width 2.55m x height 2.10m like all garages in the residence: suitable for example a Volvo XC60 or a Citroën C4 grand Picasso), with electricity) is located in the 1st basement of the residence with direct access with the elevator.<br>- The building is low consumption (BBC).

Appartement très bien situé en ville, À proximité de tous les commerces et très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons certainement.

Logement conforme au descriptif. Excellente situation par rapport aux commerces, aux plages, au port.Appartement très bien équipé.Un petit bémol concernant le réfrigérateur trop petit et pas très accessible.Garage assez étroit pour une voiture moyenne (Peugeot 2008)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Nous connaissions déjà la région donc pas de surprise de ce coté là .Nous avons été très satisfait du logement ( situation géographique , sécurisation , équipements ). Nous avons également rencontré les propriétaires très accueillant et disponibles si besoin . Un logement a recommander sans hésitation.

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes et facilité pour accéder à l'appartement avec un garage en sous sol. Très bon emplacement pour tout faire à pied. A recommander.

L'appartement est bien situé, fonctionnel, très propre, agréable, avec une belle vue sur les collines. Notre hôte Anne Michèle Ducret a toujours été facilement joignable, répondant à toutes nos questions. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet appartement.

Appartement tres agréable

Appartement très bien équipé, clair, belle terrasse, en plein centre. Les propriétaires étaient réactifs malgré que tout se passait à distance, on a été accueillis avec une boîte à clé, on aurait préféré un contact direct mais c'est le progrès...

Magnifique

Tres belle terrasse. La cuisine est super bien équipée. Appartement hyper propre. Marcher, se baigner et faire des restos de plage... Nous nous sentions chez nous. Nous l'avons quitté, à regret, avec émotion. La propriétaire, tres réactive et explicative sur des détails... comme si nous étions des parents ou amis, aui arrivaient... Bref, nous aimerions y revenir...
