“Utmärkt personal, trevliga och hjälpsamma. BWPlus ligger långt från Kansas City centrum, men staden har gratis bussar och spårvagnar. Med buss 47 tar det ca 60min in till centrum. Bra frukost men svagt kaffe som alltid i USA”

“Such a cute place! Check in was not a breeze but that’s mostly because I wasn’t paying attention to my emails. When I called for help, I was helped quickly and the person was friendly. Bed was super comfy. ”

“It was clean and comfortable, probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Kansas City! It's close enough to walk to Westport and the Uptown without it being so close that it's loud too, and we'll definitely be staying here again for the next concert we go to there!”

“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“Room was a little dirty. The walls and doors had stains on them. Dirt in corners in bathroom. The bathroom sink in our room made noises non stop, bubbling sounds as though the sink was clogged. ”
