“Cathy and Don were great hosts! The rooms were clean and Cathy even cooked dinner for the 7 of us after we arrived at 5:30 pm. There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! Pool, air conditioning, hot water and a delicious meal! Julia ”

“This place is such a hidden gem due to its newness. Love that it is off on the north island so you can enjoy some peace and quiet but having the luxury of the scheduled ferry boat to take you to the South Island is really great. The room is very clean and modern. Also the bar/restaurant staff are incredible and they have some great eats. ”

“The pool and hotel is nice. The shower drain was clogged and the coffee machine didn’t work. Other than those minor issues it is a nice place. The rooms are very clean and good so.”

“The location is great, close to the busy and cool centre but not too close for it to be quite and calm. The room was not in great shape though, it was leaking water from so many spots in the room, the aircon was leaking, the shower leaked so that we had water all over and from outside, water came in. They were out of almost everything for breakfast. Would recommend this place if you are just passkng through for one night, not more.”

“I had such a wonderful stay and experience at this cozy little place. It was close to the water taxi, small street vendors and great restaurants. Debra and staff went above and beyond. If you are looking for great breakfast, wonderful hospitality i highly recommend and encourage others to visit . I will be back xoxo Tricia V ”

“Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible...

“Really friendly staff, took me out fishing by the hotel dock. Super nice small cottages to stay in with garden pool just outside. Perfect location and a great place to stay at if you’re visiting belize city! ”

“Good location across from the ferry terminal, although that did make it busy at times it was convenient. Breakfast “buffet” isn’t actually a buffet but a waffle thing, toast, eggs, and fruit that show up when the hosts arrive in the morning, but the time varies. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a decent kitchen but there was nothing in the kitchen to cook with. No hot water at all, even after telling them about it, sink and shower had no water pressure hardly. had room was finally cleaned...
