“The room was ok but you could hear everything from outside. ”

“First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here...

“already when we got there we felt like a problem. unpleasant at the front desk, when we had problems with our door they just sighed and barely wanted to help us. You do not feel welcome at this hotel, it is not near any supermarket and no other attractions. The only thing that was ok was that the hotel was relatively clean. but not a hotel i would recommend”
