“Rooms are good enough. Parts of the grounds are very well maintain (the large pool and the area around), while the grounds toward the atlantic beach is less so. The hotel is well situated in the area, with a lot of good and great restaurant options close by. If you prefer bath in the clamer and warmer carabean waters there is a good beach (Frigate bay strip) a 7-10 minute walk away with sereval bars och shack-style restaurant ”

“We had a wonderful time at Oualie. The room might be a bit dated and the mozqitos are a menace in the early morning and evening. But if someone asked me I would go back without a doubt.”

“Great location, next to MUA & the beach (secluded). Very clean room, not a single insect!! That's rare. Had a very good sleep assisted by gentle sea waves. I would like for them to invest in mini fridge. Other than that, highly recommended. ”

“Detta hotell ligger på en klippa ovanför havet. Det finns ingen strand i närheten och inga större badmöjligheter om man inte vill hoppa i från kajen nedanför. Det är rent på hotellet men badkaret skulle behöva en skrubbning. Mycket trevlig personal och hjälpsam. Poolen är ren och okey. Frukostmatsalen var ok men rätt dyrt. Hotellet är rätt slitet och skulle behöva renoveras. Det är dock ett helt okey budgetalternativ om man är backpacker eller inte så noga med standarden. Det tar minst 40...

“Amazing historic hotel in a great setting - we loved our stay here. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and attentive owner and staff: great breakfasts, good quality food and an honesty style bar if nrequired. Monkeys around cottage were an unexpected bonus. The gingerbread cottage was peaceful and comfortable, and the whole place has a colonial laid-back vibe.”
