“I have mixed feeling about this place. I have to give low scores to cleanliness and services because the toilet was yellowish. This should be a big no!no! to any guests. It took us almost 14 hours to get instructions to use wifi and drinking water situation. The restaurant experience at La Rosa, however, was very pleasant.
