Great Family Vacation House - Minutes From Beach!

This house is the ideal place to escape and relax. It’s a 5-minute walk to the warm beach sand. Crosswalk provides safe, easy access. House has plenty of space indoors and outdoors, including a cozy sunroom to take a nap or read a book.. Living room and kitchen areas provide great space to gather with family and friends. Short drive to downtown Cayucos or Morro Bay and 10-15 minutes away from breathtaking hikes. Plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and sunsets. Garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Five night minimum stay. House has external ring camera and over garage for security.

Nice property. Well designed and stocked. Close to other houses, but big deck, porch, and other spaces take advantage of the space there is. Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria, and elephant seals are within driving distance. Cayucos is a cute and friendly beach town.

The kitchen is well stocked with most things you would need. We coked Thanksgiving dinner there! The oven is one the smaller side if you are planning a big meal of roasting and olive oil was not on hand, so just bring everything you know you need to cook with.

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for my kids and grandkids. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and access to beach toys. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the little extras like sharp kitchen knives, lots of bowls and cookware and spices. The check-in process was clear to undersrand. We would definitely stay here again.

Family visit for graduation

This house is wonderful, and we would definitely come back. Our family has stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was one of the best. The beds were amazing. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The living area and sofa are super comfortable. There were books to read and puzzles to do in the evenings. Close to Morro Bay and Cayucos. Everyone was happy. Communication was easy and the owner graciously extended our stay due to a family emergency.

Not Your Average VRBO

This place is great and definitely will come back . First and foremost it is cleaned and equipped like a home - not a rental where people house their castoffs . Fun to cook in the well equipped kitchen. Linda was accessible while giving us space . I’m picky about these types of places and was pleasantly surprised. . My only tip and def not a a complaint - bring toilet paper / paper towels or plan on a store run. Not a complaint at all. Makes sense to have limited supplies

Fabulous place for a family to connect and relax

Close proximity to the beach-towels, chairs, and boogie boards available. Kitchen with anything you may need. Our family was at two houses and we met here. The house layout was conducive to cooking/eating meals, playing games, and hanging out. There was enough dinnerware for our group, and a bonus that they had a coffee maker, not just a Keurig, and a griddle, Instapot,, etc. The Bidets were unexpected but amazing. (: Loved this place, would def recommend and go back.

4th of July Cayucos Family Reunion Vacation

The house had everything you needed and more for a great family vacation in Cayucos! The rooms and bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The upgrades, appliances and other household items provided with the house helped make the vacation relaxing. The views from the house were amazing! I have rented serval houses from the VRBO website and this was by far the best vacation rental I have stayed in! Linda was easy to contact and replied quickly to my questions. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Little Slice of Heaven

We drove from Montana to Cayucos and arrived in Cayucos at 6:00am. Linda graciously allowed us to do an early check-in and when we got there we were greeted with a gorgeous home, and a warm welcome message. The proximity to the beach was great, and having the beach chairs umbrellas, toys and towels was awesome! Loved all of the little extras, and I won't even get started on the warm toilet seats....wow! Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Great family getaway place!

Linda was highly responsive. This is a great property! We stayed here for a few days to celebrate our son's Cal Poly graduation. Close to SLO, but also near the beach. Easy walk across the road down to the beach. Plenty of space in kitchen/living room to be comfortable together. The only thing I noticed is that there isn't much space to store clothing. Need hangers and/or hooks to make unpacking easier.

Excellent Getaway!

This house was the nicest and most well stocked house I’ve ever rented through VRBO! The house easily accommodated our family and friends (8) for Thanksgiving week, and it was close to the beach access. Super comfortable and I highly recommend this if you’re interested in Cayucos! I hope to stay here again sometime.

Fun Labor Day Weekend

We had a wonderful experience. Well appointed, very comfortable and clean. Easy access to the beach. Property has chairs, umbrellas for the beach and a wagon to get it all there. Owner is fabulous!
