âSaknade mer utbud pĂ„ frukosten tex som frukt samt att det var vĂ€ldigt mycket gĂ€ster samtidigt. Annars var det vĂ€ldigt nĂ€ra Ayala Shopping Center och skönt med en pool pĂ„ taket. â
âThe room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty. â
âThe Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. For me it was the best of both worlds because if I really needed to leave it it was just a short 5 to 10 minute grab ride away. The breakfast at the place...
âThis is not a hotel. I loved it for that. This is an incredible experience, super spacious and comfortable apartment. Well maintained and close to shopping options ant transportation. We will definitely book here again.â
âWe had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though.â
âWe returned to the hotel. We are very satisfied with the hotel and it correlates well with the price. Very clean and we'll sized rooms. Strong and stabile Wifi, good aircon. Breakfast is included.

The surroundings are poor but the Gaisano Country Mall is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. With 70-120 php you could go nearly everywhere with taxi. Except for the airport. To the airport we spent about 200 php about 5 pm.â
âThis is a independen hotel, and rhey really make an effort to serve. Al staff we dealt with was really helpful, e.g while waiting for taxi the concierge staff cleaned our dirty suitcases. Rooms are fine, one does hear some street noise in rooms facing stree, but we slept well. The roof top bar very nice, they had a great band playing and drinks were quite cheapâ
âGreat hotel to stay at if you want to be close to Ayala mall. It was super convenient for us travelling with 2 younger kids, we could go back and forth with ease. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly.
Downside is that they didn't really clean the rooms that well. Would've been good if the cleaned the toilets and vacuumed every day.â
âVi reste som familj med tre barn och var vĂ€ldigt nöjda med vĂ„r vistelse. Stora rum, bra pool, vĂ€nlig personal och mycket bra frukost och mat i restaurangen. NĂ€ra till mindre köpcentrum med stor mataffĂ€r och massage. Fri shuttle till andra shoppingcenters. Fanns gym och morgonyoga pĂ„ hotellet. Vi stannade tvĂ„ nĂ€tter innan hemresa och var mycket nöjda.â
