Coming back.
Fantastic staff! Makes you feel home away from home. This is how a hotel should make you feel. Just the room service menu & bistro (and short of Chardonnay white wine) and the thermostat in the shower....

Good located hotel
Very nice experience! I have at least 70 nights in Cebu yearly so I will come back :) Small things, not good menus in the Cafe / Roomservice and could be adding some more normal menus such as hamburger and Clubhouse sandwich, and also spaghetti Bolognaise.Coffee at the breakfast is very weak. Furthermore the thermostat in the shower doesn't work, goes from hot to cold to hot. Very serviceminded and attentive staff! Thanks!

Un hotel muy correcto en una buena zona
Un buen hotel con buena relación calidad precio. El personal muy amable. Destacaría la zona que depara sorpresas si te gusta comer. Alrededor hay varios restaurantes filipinos con buenas referencias. Nosotros estuvimos en el Abli que nos sorprendío por su cocina cebuana gourmet.

Actually, I was not there during the check. I booked for my sister, nieces and cousins for they have checked up with doctors at Chong Hua hospital. And they were happy staying at Cebu Hotel Plus because the hotel is clean, rooms are okay and they were comfortable for everything. Services are good and they enjoyed the breakfast buffet on Friday. Surely, I will book again this hotel in the near future.

Above and beyond the level you expect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I don’t give 5 stars easily. I start at 3 and go up or down only if I receive particularly good or bad service. Cebu Hotel Plus deserves 5 Stars. It’s in very good condition, it actually looks like it does in the pics - unusual for this region! The staff are simply awesome, friendly and welcoming as they should be, but they go above and beyond that. The WiFi can be a little sketchy but they’ll get you sorted out if you have a problem. I’m actually going to miss staying here as I move on, but I’m sure I will be back soon.

Neat, clean and quiet, which was perfect after an awful nite in a nearby hotel. Tv worked well with many channels. Walking distance to shops, kfc, McDonald's etc. Liked it best for good air con, comfy bed and that it was quiet.

Nous avons pris un hôtel un peu plus cher que la moyenne afin de ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises : c'est raté. L'accueil s'est plutôt bien déroulé, la chambre n'est pas très grande mais passons. Après avoir fait deux pas dedans, je m'aperçois que le sol est sale, la douche également, les pommeaux ne sont pas en très bon état et ils sont plein de calcaire. Sur le lit un simple drap avec pour parure une housse de couette une place mise dans l'autre sens. Le lendemain le petit dej est une véritable déception. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix, le jus de fruit est beaucoup trop coupé avec l'eau et le service n'y est pas. Le personnel préfère rire derrière le bar à ne rien faire plutôt que de refournir un peu le buffet vide... Pendant les 3 nuits où nous sommes restés, la chambre n'a jamais été faite, nous étions obligés de descendre tous els jours afin de de demander du papier toilette, de vider les poubelles... Alors qu'il y a bien spécifié ménage tous les jours... De plus, nous demandons à l'hôtel le prix d'un taxi pour nous rendre en dehors de la ville, la gentille réceptionniste appelle ses contacts pour leur demander. Nous la remercions et nous lui disons que nous verrons demain en fonction du temps mais que nous reviendrons vers elle parce que nous ne sommes pas encore décidés. Nous le répétons plusieurs fois pour qu'au final le lendemain matin elle nous appelle pour savoir si nous avons besoin du taxi, nous répondons que non, et au final le taxi se pointe...

Nice cute hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi also works well The breakfast is soso,but there are different good restaurants nearby. This hotel is only 2 years old,location is a bit off main street,sometimes taxi driver doesn't know the location well enough. Also remember to put the clean room tag on door before leaving room,otherwise,they maynot clean your room in time.

Everything about the hotel was grate. They have a very friendly staff. I read about the breakfast only consisting of fruits mostly but they must have improved on it. They had 2 different meats ,eggs coffee,etc etc.. I thought there would be more restaurants at Robinsons mall. So I ended up eating at the Hotel mostly. There’s a laundry mat across the street with cheap prices. They can do your laundry in 4 hours.

Quiet neighborhood
The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple of blocks away from the Fuente-Osmeña Circle. It would have been perfect had there been restaurants nearby and had hailing a cab been instantaneous. The room was not too fancy, but very comfortable. I just wished they provided a bit thicker blankets. Service was great, replenishing toiletries and water daily. The employees were pleasant and helpful.

Este hotel está acima da média dos hotéis do País. É simples, mas limpo e com todas as comodidades que estamos acostumados pelo mundo, mas que nem sempre encontramos nas Filipinas. Um exemplo: frigobar.... Comida do hotel é boa e barata. Fica meio longe do aeroporto, mas é um bom ponto de partida para o sul da ilha para se ver os tubarões baleia.

Good values option in Cebu
A nice newer hotel not to far from Osmena Circle. I do want to say I stayed during Sinulog week so my experiences may not be typical. It was noisy, music played loudly from 6 am till night time every day. The hotel had its own speakers outside playing those Sinulog songs all day. But the 6 am "noise" may have been from A neighboring property. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked very well and was quiet. Decent sized TV with cable. Wifi worked well with good speed. Nice clean bathroom with free daily toiletries. The room was tiny. The bed took up 50% of the room at minimum. For 1 person alone it might be ok for for 2 people its cramped. Empty taxis don't pass by that often certain times of the day

Just an average hotel, don't expect much from it or else you'll be disappointed. It was hard to control the temperature in the shower. Also if you have the shower at full pressure, the bathroom would flood.

Cebu Hotell Plus var en svært positiv opplevelse om man ser på forholdet mellom penger og hva man får for pengene. Hotellet er nytt og har bra kvaliteter på rom og bygningen ellers. Servicen i resepsjonen, i cafeen og blandt stuepikene er svært bra. Internet kunne klart vært bedre hva angår dekning og hastighet. Om man vil bo sentralt i Cebu for en rimelig penge, så anbefaler jeg Cebu Hotell Plus
