MINIMALIST, STYLISH, ELEGANT — 2BR CONDO AT AMALFI OASIS

Located in a Prime Real Estate location in SRP— AMALFI Oasis is surrounded by the 4th Largest Mall in the Philippines (SM Seaside). Beside it, it’s a newest and one of the Largest casino ever built in the Philippines (Nustar Casino). All within less than 15 min walking distance. Within the area is also the Largest Indoor Waterpark in Cebu. The Arena Construction is underway to host more than 40k spectators for all kinds of events, games, shows and all other activities. About 10 min walk from the unit, it’s a beautiful Malecòn ( a boardwalk along the ocean) that let you breathe in the fresh air with gentle touch of the sea breeze. There’s also a shuttle that run’s back and forth between downtown, Ayala Center, IT Park, etc. From the airport is about 12 miles away you can get there by the airport taxi or Grab. But the most important part of them all is the interior of the unit itself. The place is designed with you in mind— it’s very comfy, very cozy, very beautiful. It’s also equipped with entertainment packages for your enjoyment; Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Netflix, etc. We’re confident you will love this place and looking forward to host you here. Happy travels.

Evangeline, our host is a great communicator. She responded to all my messages immediately. There were some minor hiccups that she tried to quickly address. Quiet location. The WiFi is very strong, a BIG plus, A big cable tv, Netflix, etc. Best of all, the compound has a wide area to jog/run safely. I will stay there again if given another opportunity. Thanks to Rochelle and husband who came to check on the things we were not familiar to use. The unit is also a walking distance to factory outlets!

Excellent

Overall, property is nice. It’s difficult to use the balcony due to AC compressor units taking up space and it feels hot. Also, it’s dangerous crossing the busy road to get to the other side (Il Corso) where restaurants/stores are located; traffic light is not functioning!

Home away from home

Driving to the condo was an experience in itself. The road to get there passes right by the Seaside mall and the new bridge. Both are quite beautiful. From the welcoming guards to the grounds keepers to the friendly pool guy, everyone was very polite, helpful and professional. The pool was fantastic along with the weight room. I slept great. Nice and quiet condo. This is where I will be staying from now on when I go to Cebu. 5 stars. Thanks!

You won't be disappointed

Very nice place to stay. Has all the creature comforts of home. The security team has your protection and safety their priority. The host is responsive and caring. Within walking distance is the SM Mall, Casino and plenty of places to eat. During the weekend you can enjoy live entertainment while you eat and drink.
