Parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed on request. Events are not permitted. There is a storage area under the stairs for 2 or 3 bicycles. Please respect the apartment and neighbors, especially in the evening. Smoking is not allowed indoors.



The central location allows you to walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. Cecina’s beaches are about 3 km away and easily reachable by car, bike, or on foot. This is an excellent base for exploring the Tuscan coast and visiting Bolgheri, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, and Florence.
