Trevligt möblerad & rymlig källare lägenhet. Beläget i centrum av staden intill Ridge Park & ​​nära SUU. Källaren är privat, med separat ingång och lockbox kod, inga trappor att komma in, och mycket parkering på norra sidan. Möblerat kök med mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kaffekanna, kylskåp, spis, och allt du behöver för att laga dina egna måltider. Netflix, kabel, och brädspel tillhandahålls. Min familj bor på övervåningen och bottenvåningen året runt. Vårt hem är ett perfekt läge, drygt en mil från Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. Njut av din vistelse i vackra södra Utah!
Det finns så många bra vandrings- / cykelleder i närheten. Vi är också nära Aquatic Center, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink, och Wal-Mart. Kolob Canyon ligger 20 minuter bort, Cedar Breaks 30 minuter, Brian Head 45 minuter, Zion National Park 75 minuter, och Bryce Canyon 90 minuter.

Keep in mind that there is a family living above this spot! You will hear them all day and in the night! If this will disrupt you, this is not the spot for you. We have stayed here a couple of time. It’s perfectly located in between family in the area. We love the ease of access and that it is close off the freeway. We will be staying again!

This is really nice apartment. The apartment is very well furnished with everything you might need even some necessities in the refrigerator. Laundry room was great. Beds were comfy. Air conditioning/heating was good but would prefer to be able to have some control of it. You could hear the family upstairs quite often throughout the day and night but it wasn’t beyond what you’d expect in the listing. Entry/driveway is private. I enjoyed the stay.

This little place is a GEM for our family of 4. The pictures don't look as cute as the place is -- my wife thought it's really cute and cozy. This place is actually roomy imo for a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It has all the right touches throughout. I like to cook and this place has all of the amenities I needed-- I didn't have to use much of whatever I brought. We'd definitely book this place again if I come to Cedar city. The host was great at communicating to us from beginning to end with clear instructions. Only gripe from my wife was the water pressure thus why she didn't shower but I didn't mind at all. A hot shower was all I needed after a long day out.

Great Stay!

This property was clean, cool and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our hiking adventures in Cedar Breaks, Kanarra Falls and Kolob Canyon. We honestly we so greateful for the air conditioning after hiking in the heat.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. It was extremely coinvent to Cedar City. This basement apartment was perfect for my Wife and I and our 16 year old. The bathroom had dual sinks which is always best when sharing the bathroom so everyone can get ready in the morning. This apartment was fully equipped and had anything that was needed. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Experience

I recently visited St. George and Cedar City with my grammie, and we were both very impressed with our rental basement. Very clean. I loved the relaxed vibe that it gave off. The air conditioning was fantastic and I really liked that the laundry room came with laundry soap as did the dishwasher. The tv was also nice, with access to a number of streaming services. My grammie and I both really appreciated that the fridge had a list of favorite restaurants to visit. Overall, a fantastic place to hangout for a vacation. I would definitely come back to this place if I am in the area. Soooooo much better and more comfortable than a hotel!

Great place! We will stay again.

We came to town to visit family outside of Cedar and attend a basketball tournament in St. George, this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to the highway, close to stores, food, and many activities. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a cute park less than a minute walk away. Great communication from host, very welcoming and accommodating. This will be our first choice to stay on our future trips.

BEST EVER

This was the cleanest, most welcoming home I have been able to stay in. Host was kind even though I was not able to remember North from South. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect.

Spotlessly clean, wonderful set up, private driveway and entrance. Everything that was needed was there. This was our first stay in a vrbo and booked thru expedia. We'd definitely stay here again. As others stated you could hear walking around upstairs, but it was quieter than the hotel we stayed at the previous night. Wonderful experience!

Clean and comfortable

Nice kitchen table and living area to play games and relax. Kitchen well stocked. Clean and nicely decorated, seemed homey. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Only two negatives. The apartment was cold in day but too hot at night but we couldn’t adjust temperature of furnace. And we could hear people upstairs. Not a big deal during the day but in the middle of the night is hard for a light sleeper.

Clean and conveniently located

We were in Cedar City for a conference so we really only needed a place to sleep, but this was perfect! It was just a mile or so from our conference. It smelled clean when we walked in, and it definitely was. It's in a college area, so there was the smallest bit of traffic in the mornings. The people living upstairs have dogs who seemed to get startled and barked both nights, but only for just a minute. The ceiling/floor wasn't as soundproof as I would have liked, so you could hear the people moving around upstairs, but overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

The key code lock to enter the property was broken so we could not enter the apartment. Family members worked with owners over the phone to try a side door key code and this was broken as well. Eventually, the daughter of the owner came with a friend and after 1 1/2 hours, we could enter the apartment. Because lock was not working, we stayed at this apartment one night only and then went to a different apartment where the key code worked.

Shakespear Getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with many cooking needs (oil, butter, spices etc) that are not found in many rentals. We had everything we needed. Didn't have to talk to the property manager at all. Plenty of room to park two cars off the street. We had a very positive experience. Only one minor complaint. You can hear noises from the upstairs in one of the bedrooms.

Excellent location and a lovely place

This is our second stay (and not the last). We come for the Shakespeare Festival and the location is so great! And the basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and well equipped.
